Using the service

Fardous TAROT is operated by Al-Fardous Foundation for Human Development and Energy, tax registration number 645-740-004. Use the site lawfully, provide information that belongs to you, and keep your account credentials under your control.

Age and delivery

You must be 18 or older to book or receive a private reading. Readings are video calls arranged after booking and payment, and are not recorded. Options may include FaceTime or Google Meet on iPhone, and IMO, Viber, or Botim on Android.

Bookings and payment

The booking page shows the selected reading and price before payment. The appointment time is arranged with you afterwards. Kashier handles the payment step; confirmation depends on the payment record received by the service.

Cancellation and refunds

The booking amount cannot be refunded once the client has taken the service or session.

A refund can be requested within 3 days of the booking at most. After this period the money cannot be refunded, and receiving the service is the only option. The reason: bookings take appointment slots and are ordered relative to one another, and any booking accumulates further bookings after it within a few days — so 3 days is the maximum window to request a refund before regular bookings stack up above yours.

Refunded money takes from 3 to 7 business days to be returned, according to the central bank and to local and international banks.

Reviews

Submit a review only about an experience you personally had. Reviews are moderated before publication. A signed-in person may explicitly allow their profile name and picture to appear with an approved review; without consent, the public review uses a handle.
