Who operates this site

Al-Fardous Foundation for Human Development and Energy operates this service under the public name Fardous TAROT, tax registration number 645-740-004. Privacy questions can be sent to Contact@tarotreadingglobal.com. No postal address is published on this site.

Information we receive

We collect only what each part of the service needs: your name, phone number, email address and date of birth for bookings and your account; what you write to support or in a review; and what you type into a free tool to get a reading (described below). We use each only for the purposes under “How we use it”; only your contact details (name, phone number and email address) are also used to tell you about our services, discounts and offers.

A private tarot reading requires no personal information: only your name and your zodiac sign. Payment card details are handled by Kashier's payment surface and never enter this site's form.

Guest Contact requests use an expiring private link. The database stores a one-way digest of that link, not its raw token.

The free tarot tool shuffles and draws the cards in your browser. The cards you drew, the question you type, any names or signs you add, and the reading's settings (topic, language and spread) are then sent to our server and to an automated language model (Cloudflare Workers AI) to write the reading. The site keeps neither your question nor the reading. To prevent abuse, we keep a daily usage counter tied to a one-way fingerprint of your network address (never the address itself); counters older than two days are cleared when later readings are made. Like any web service, our host keeps routine technical logs, which do not include what you type.

The coffee-cup tool measures your photo in your browser. When its visual analysis is available and you press “Read this cup” — after a notice that says so — the part of the photo inside the circle (re-encoded, with its metadata removed), its measurements and your language are sent to our coffee service and to automated models (Cloudflare Workers AI) that check it is a cup, suggest figures and write a short reflection. The site keeps neither the photo, the measurements nor the reading, and Cloudflare does not use them to train its models. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person's browser. To allow each network one analysis a day, we keep a counter tied to a keyed one-way fingerprint of your network address (never the address itself); it is not anonymous, it is deleted from our working database after its day ends (within two days at most), and Cloudflare's recovery copies of that database are kept for up to 30 days. If the analysis is unavailable, you get the measurement reading.

Social sign-in

Signing in with Google, Apple, Facebook or similar providers meets the same strict and fair privacy standard as every other part of the service. These buttons exist only to make signing in easier — not to collect additional personal information.

How we use it

We use information to manage bookings, arrange the video call, answer support requests, protect the service, send transactional messages, maintain account features, and moderate reviews. Video calls are not recorded.

Recording of sessions

We do not record work sessions or private tarot readings. The client likewise has no right to record a session without a prior request and a sealed approval sent by email. Any violation of this clause exposes the violator to legal liability.

Service providers

The service uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Cloudflare Workers AI for the automated written interpretations in the free tools and the coffee tool's image analysis when it is available, Kashier for payment processing, Resend or configured email delivery, Google services for sign-in and the booking ledger, and Turnstile for abuse prevention when enabled.

This site carries third-party display advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil and Canada, advertising storage is written only after you consent through the cookie dialog; elsewhere, adverts are shown from your first visit, the dialog says so, and declining stops them. Analytics storage is written only after you consent, wherever you are. The Cookies and Storage notice sets out what is stored, which formats are refused outright, and how to change your answer.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only while it is needed for its purpose, support, disputes, security, accounting, or legal obligations.

We delete personal data within six months of the purpose ending. The details of a booking whose payment did not complete, when the booking is not linked to an account, are erased once 60 days have passed since the payment was written off and no payment attempt is still open; a booking linked to an account is kept while the account exists. Paid bookings are kept as accounting records for as long as the law requires. Support conversations and notifications are kept while your account exists and go with it when you delete it. Our providers (payment processor, email delivery, hosting) keep their own operational logs under their own policies, which we do not control.

For access, correction, deletion, or guest-ticket questions, contact Contact@tarotreadingglobal.com. If you ask to remove a published review identity, the current decision is to remove the whole review.

Age and changes

Bookings and private readings are for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy when the service or its providers change.
